Chalcot Homecare is now working with Joanna Aleksey who has been involved in social care for over 3 years. During that time Joanna has been working within different clients groups including vulnerable adults. Gaining a lot of experience and knowledge about social care, funding and the welfare benefit system.
As I broker I will offer support with writing support plans, budgeting, obtain individual budgets from social services as well conduct research for grants and other non – government funding.
